The 13th IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section International Conference on Electrical, Computer and Electronics Engineering

The 13th UPCON (UPCON 2026) will be held at IIT Kanpur, India, from December 19 to December 21, 2026.
UPCON 2026 will feature both industry-driven and application-oriented technical sessions. The conference will bring together practicing engineers, researchers, and other professionals to have interactive and multidisciplinary discussions on the latest advances in electrical, computer and electronics engineering.
Publication Opportunity: All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
UPCON 2026 authors are encouraged to participate as reviewers for the double-blind peer review process.
